Yes, after you complete and submit the Driveo form, you'll receive an email containing our quote.

If you like our number, you have 30 days to make an appointment to come to your local drop-off location. You come in, sell your car, get a check from us, and we'll even arrange for a free ride to anywhere you need to go locally.

8. What should I bring to my appointment?

  • All keys and remotes to the car
  • Service records, if you've got them
  • Current registration and title, if available
  • Driver's license or valid ID

9. My car is not paid off. Will you still buy it?

Yes! We will call your lender to verify a 10-day payoff amount, then we'll send a payment directly to your lender to pay off the car and we hand you a check in the amount of the difference.

10. I don’t have the title for my car. Will you still buy it?

Yes! If you're the legal owner of the car you're selling, you don't need to apply for a new one before bringing it to us.

1. Will I be charged to use your service?

No way! Our service is absolutely free and you have no obligation to sell to us if you don't like our quote.

2. Can you come to me to appraise my car after I receive my quote?

No, but because we've made our process almost completely online, you only have to come to your local drop-off location to complete the transaction.

There are a number of logistical reasons for why we appraise at our location, but the most important reason is the need to complete a thorough inspection in order to give you full credit for your car. Additionally, providing the appraisal from our location allows us to reduce appraisal costs and get you more cash for your ride.

We do provide a complimentary ride to anywhere you need to go locally, giving you one less thing to worry about!

3. How long will it take to get my quote?

Our online process means you'll usually get your quote within the hour by email and text. Though you receive our quote quickly, it is in no way automated. Real people do the research to get you the best quote possible.

4. I submitted my form, what now?

After you submit your form, you'll receive an email and text with our quote. The message will also show you the trade-in value you might receive at a traditional as well as the amount you might get if you sell your car on your own.

If you like our number, you have 30 days to make an appointment to stop by our location. You come in, sell your car, get your payment, and we'll even arrange a ride for you to anywhere you need to go locally.

If you're still set on a trade-in and you get a lesser offer, feel free to bring the car to us for the amount we quoted you.

5. What happens if I've let my quote expire?

The market changes all the time and so do the value of vehicles, which is why a Driveo quote is valid for 30 days. If you still want to sell your car after 30 days, we may need to update the quote to reflect the current market. We will also need to adjust any changes in the vehicle’s condition, such as mileage.

6. What kind of quote should I expect?

Most of our customers end up with significantly more than they would receive in a standard dealer trade-in. Our goal is to offer you a reasonable price because that's what you deserve. 2. Will my offer change after inspection?
