1.What should I expect from my appointment?
We aim to make the experience quick and convenient from beginning to end.
- An appraiser will verify the information you provided, which includes a brief inspection and possibly a test drive.
- We may fine-tune the initial quote based on the inspection results and present you with a final offer. Initial quotes are manually prepared and often align with final offers, which may occasionally go up for any added features you forgot to mention, or go down if there are any negative items discovered.
- If you are happy with the offer, we'll handle the paperwork and take care of the payment, and you're done! Not ready to sell? No worries, take your time and consider our offer when you're ready!
- Need a ride? A local ride after the sale is on us!
2. Will my offer change after inspection?
In some cases, we may need to adjust the offer to reflect any discrepancies found when you bring the car in. This means we'll raise the offer for any awesome features you didn't mention or lower it if the car isn't in the condition described in your initial online form.
3. What do I need to bring to my appointment?
- All keys and remotes to the car
- Service records, if you've got them
- Current registration and title, if available
- Driver's license or valid ID
4. Will I need to deal with paperwork?
You'll have zero interaction with the DMV when selling your car to us. We take care of all the paperwork for you and securely release liability in the car you sell to us.
5. My car isn't paid off, what should I bring with me?
Please have your lender information available and bring the following:
- All keys and remotes to the car
- Service records, if you've got them
- Current registration and title, if available
- Driver's license or valid ID
